Far North Infusion is our specialized IV infusion and subcutaneous injection treatment center. Our infusion center is conveniently located and ready to for most medications referred to us from outside or from within. 

Currently our infusion treatment center treats conditions such as :

• respiratory conditions with medications such as Xolair, Teszpire, Nucala 

• Rheumatoid arthritis with medications such as Rituximab,

• Iron deficiencies with medications such as Venofer,  

• Osteoporosis with Prolia or Evenity,

as well as neurological conditions such as MS and CIPD.

Our facility is open and welcomes referrals from providers for the treatment of their patients - we do not require a consult with our providers first, we will however require recent lab work and the most recent chart note and an order stating what medications, dosage and length of time,  in order to get your patient approved through insurance! Our center is not limited to these and if you or your provider have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out at any time. Our knowledgeable nurses are happy to answer any questions you may have. 

 

With brand new comfortable glider rocker recliners to the coffee bar stocked with an automated espresso machine for both hot and iced drinks which you can customize with a range of flavors to the fresh fruits and snacks offered as well as a full door dash menu there should you be in for a longer treatment. 

The ambiance is relaxing with dark yet warm colors, plush blankets, and an expert nursing staff. You will look forward to your treatments!
